2026 marks 27 years in Leith for Restaurant Martin Wishart which has collected numerous awards over the years, most notably holding a Michelin star for 25 consecutive years and four AA Rosettes. Dishes are made using locally sourced ingredients to create a menu full of interesting, modern dishes.
To celebrate this milestone, visitors to The Royal Yacht Britannia will be given an exclusive offer to dine at Martin Wishart’s restaurant and receive 15% off the set lunch menu, Wednesday to Friday until 29 August 2026.

The Lighthouse Restaurant
With two AA Rosettes for culinary excellence, the Art Deco inspired Lighthouse Restaurant aboard the luxury floating hotel Fingal, provides guests with beautifully presented dishes, bursting with flavour. From the onboard Galley, Head Chef Pedro Barreira and his passionate Galley team, focus on showcasing Scotland’s best seasonal produce amongst the stunning nautical surroundings.
For an intimate private dining experience, The Bridge provides a striking setting for up to 10 guests, allowing diners to gather together in what was the ship's former command centre.

Earning a listing within the Michelin Guide within the first year of opening, chef Barry Bryson heads up this independent fish restaurant which prioritises sourcing the best fish and shellfish from around Scotland along with the finest seasonal produce from UK farmers and fishermen.
Dogstar
A new addition to the Leith food scene, Dogstar, and headed up by Michelin-starred chef James Murray, has already been listed in the Michelin Guide for 2026. With a menu that changes weekly, sometimes daily, guests are sure to receive a menu full of high quality, super seasonal ingredients, with a focus on Scottish seafood.

Opened by chef Tom Kitchin and his wife Michaela in 2006, the restaurant is a proud holder of a Michelin star and the only restaurant in Scotland with five AA Rosettes. The chef’s ethos of ‘From Nature to Plate®’ is reflected in his modern British creations, sourcing only the finest, local ingredients from Scotland’s larder. Diners can even watch the chef and his team through a window in the main dining room as they cook their meals.

Listed in the Michelin Guide, Dùthchas builds their innovative dishes around the seasons. They work closely with local suppliers to source the best produce from Scotland's land and sea. Providing an intimate fine dining experience, they offer a three or six-course tasting menu.
